Okaaay this is going to be a short post! Finally 🙂
This one is for the girls!… or boys if ye ever feel a bit bloated.
Is there anything worse than being bloated? It’s something I’ve suffered from for years and I seriosuly can’t be dealing!
Below is my secret tea to de-bloat.. now it’s a bit intense and it doesn’t taste great but believe me it works!
So it’s a diuretic tea. Diuretics basically get rid of fluid/bloat. BTW: this isn’t some medical diuretic, it’s simply a natural tea that will help your stomach feel flat again.
Lemon is the best natural diuretic on the planet (I’d put lemon in everything if I could). Green tea & ginger are also effective diuretics & apple cider vinegar is full of benefits.
Two green tea bags (can you tell I’m excessive?)
Half a lemon squeezed (I drop the lemon into the tea after I squeeze it, just incase)
Two tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Four thin slices of ginger
All you do is make tea like usual, you know boiling water, add two tea bags of green tea, squeeze the lemon, add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar ( make sure it’s unfiltered & raw. If there’s bits floating in it all the better. I like this brand, you can get it in Holland & Barrett or any health shop) and four thin slices of ginger…and throw it all in your green tea.
Of course, since I’m a weirdo about my teeth ( lemon strips the enamel ), I wait for it to cool a bit and sip it with a straw.
This super simple tea is perfect to drink if you feel bloated…trust me!! Feel free to make this iced too 😉
